The bus has an average size capacity for 49 passengers, and also offers restrooms aboard.  Tulum archaeological zone has stores and restrooms. Xel Ha Park provides ATM´s, showers, restrooms, dressing rooms, lounge chairs, and hammocks. The Xel-Ha experience includes the use of snorkel equipment, inner tubes, safety bags, towels and lockers, bicycles and kayaks. Visitors are able to choose from 6 restaurants, bars and ice cream parlors (All Inclusive Plan).

Schedule

• Tour departs daily and it´s an all-day tour (from 7:00 am-6:30 pm aprox.)
• The bus picks up guests in their hotel at 7:00 am.
• Continues picking up more guests in other hotels.
• Tour leaves Xel- Ha Park at 5:00 pm and arrives in Cancun at 7:00 pm aprox.

Tour Tips

• It´s important to be 10 minutes in the lobby before pick-up time and at the meeting point for the ride back to Cancun.
• At Tulum archaeological zone it is advised to wear light clothing, comfortable shoes and hat.
• Bring along (to both sites) camera and extra money (for shopping, additional activities and $20 USD deposit for snorkeling equipment in Xel-Ha).
• If you wish to film in the archaeological zone, it has an additional cost of $4.00 USD.
• When arriving to the Park, take a few minutes at Xel-Ha Map to plan the day.
• Additional activities must be reserved with anticipation or upon arrival where you will be able to choose your preferred schedule.
• Do not bring along food and drinks into the Park.
• Bring environmental-friendly insect repellent, sun block, change of clothes and bathing suit.
• Wear your entrance bracelet at all times.
• It’s not necessary to take towels or snorkel equipment, these are already included in the All Inclusive Plan at Xel-Ha Park.

The distance from Cancun to Tulum archaeological zone is of approximately 1 hour 50 minutes. Xel-Ha Park is 20 minutes away from Tulum archaeological zone.
